A little about us 

We're Louisa and Conrad Ferrel, and we started True Büch Kombucha  with the belief that improving gut health can be a delicious and sustainable endeavour.

Since our humble adventures in home brewing almost a decade ago, we have been perfecting our kombucha recipe and only using the best ingredients in the process. To this day, we still pride ourselves on handcrafting delicious small batch kombucha with very little environmental impact, and on supporting local businesses while only using organic ingredients. 

We want our tasty product to have a positive influence on our customers’ digestive systems and - ultimately - lives. 

We’re also passionate about collaboration with other local businesses, supporting our employees and our communities, and adhering to zero waste principles.
