With a background in accounting and business development, Conrad wanted to create a company that did more for their consumers and refused to cut corners. After many years home brewing, Conrad, with his wife Louisa, made the jump from the world of corporate accounting to brewing kombucha for the masses. Today, he is just as active as ever in the operations and strategic planning of True Büch.
In her previous life, Louisa worked as a recruiter for one of the big four accounting firms. In this role she discovered her passion for building communities. Since starting True Büch, she is committed to ensuring True Büch Kombucha is an organization that helps the planet, the community and the animals. Today, Louisa works tirelessly to grow True Büch with innovative ideas with a thoughtful mission.
