does the subscription price include delivery?
It sure does…at this time we are only able to offer delivery within Calgary city limits but if you aren’t within Calgary you can check SPUD.ca to see if they cover your area and they offer standing orders (subscriptions) of cases of True Buch.
can i change or delay the delivery date of my existing subscription?
Headed on vacation or won’t be around for your subscription renewal? Just send info@truebuch.com an email to let them know your name and what date you would like your subscription changed to and you’ll get a confirmation email that it’s been changed to renew on that new date.
when can I end or cancel my subscription?
Anytime you like! There are no minimums for how long you need to subscribe for so cancel anytime...our feelings won’t be hurt too bad.
Can i change the flavour or frequency of my subscription?
Yes, but in order to do so you need to cancel your current subscription and start another one. You can cancel anytime without penalty so it’s no cost, just a little bit of admin work on your end.
HOw do i subscribe to more than 1 case at a time?
For you this you will need to sign up for multiple subscriptions. Should you want to reduce the number you have coming simply cancel one of your subscriptions any time at no cost.
when are subscriptions delivered?
You initial order will be delivered 24-48 hours after you place the order online. Orders placed Friday - Sunday will be delivered the following Monday. After that you order will come every 7, 14 or 30 days from that date depending on what subscription you chose (we don’t deliver on Holidays or Weekends so if your renewal date falls on one it will come the next working day).
Unfortunately we aren’t able to delivery at a specific time of day but generally your order will show up between 9:00am and 5:00pm.
do you take the single serve bottles back to recycle or reuse?
No we don’t but we would love it if you were to recycle them. They can go into your blue bin or be taken to a bottle depot to get a deposit refund for them.
